how SludgePad works

SludgePad is a pump.fun launchpad paired with $SLUDGE. you launch a coin, lock its creator fees to one desk, and every few minutes those fees buy $SLUDGE — most of it for your holders, some as buyback on the main coin. this page is the full loop: fees, drops, the main mint, the optional peg, and how a launch actually lands on-chain.

what SludgePad is

every launch here is a normal pump.fun coin on solana. same bonding curve, same trading ui on pump.fun, same graduation path. the difference is the fee lock: at launch, 100% of creator fees are pointed at the SludgePad desk and cannot be edited back. pump.fun still takes its own protocol fee. the desk only ever receives the creator share.

$SLUDGE is the main coin on the pad. coins you launch are paired with it in an economic sense — when they trade, their locked creator fees fund $SLUDGE buys that land with holders of that coin, plus a buyback on $SLUDGE itself. holding a pad coin is how you earn $SLUDGE from that coin's volume.

the loop

a keeper watches every coin launched on SludgePad. on a fixed cadence (about five minutes while it is running), it claims whatever creator fees have piled up, buys $SLUDGE, and settles the round. rounds are global for the pad but accounting is per coin: each launch only funds its own holders.

stepwhat happensdetail
01scankeeper loads every SludgePad launch, checks claimable creator fees, and skips coins with nothing worth claiming or no eligible holders yet.
02claimdesk pulls creator fees from each eligible coin into the desk wallet. protocol fees stay with pump.fun and never enter this path.
03splitclaimed SOL is split 70 / 30 before any buy — same ratio every round.
04buy70% buys $SLUDGE for holder drops. 30% buys $SLUDGE as desk buyback. buys go through the main $SLUDGE market.
05dropeach coin's share of the 70% is sent to wallets holding enough of that coin, pro-rata by balance. transfers batch with retries so a single failed wallet does not kill the round.

five coins that each earned 1 SOL in fees become one round: about 3.5 SOL of $SLUDGE for holders and 1.5 SOL of $SLUDGE kept as buyback. each coin's holders only get what their coin paid for.

where fees go

of every SOL claimed from coins launched on SludgePad, the split is fixed. there is no creator rebate and no discretionary share after the fee lock is signed.

sharedestination
70%buys $SLUDGE and airdrops it to holders of the coin that earned those fees. weight is by how much of that coin each wallet holds, after eligibility filters.
30%buys the main $SLUDGE coin and leaves it on the desk as buyback. that is inventory / pressure on $SLUDGE, not an airdrop to anyone.
0%back to the launcher. the lock is permanent after the second signature — you cannot redirect creator fees later.

pump.fun's protocol fee is separate and never enters this split. only the locked creator fee does. dust below the claim threshold stays on the coin until the next round that clears it.

who gets $SLUDGE

drops are per coin. if you hold coin A, you only receive the slice of $SLUDGE funded by coin A's fees — never another launch's share. eligibility is scanned from token accounts on-chain each round.

rulemeaning
minimum bagyou need at least 100,000 of that specific coin to be eligible for its drop. below that, you are skipped for that round.
pro-rataamong eligible wallets, larger holders of that coin get a larger slice of its $SLUDGE. the weight is balance of the pad coin, not $SLUDGE balance.
no curve / poolbonding-curve and pool accounts are ignored so liquidity infrastructure does not farm the airdrop.
whale filterwallets holding more than about 10% of a coin's supply are skipped so LP-style or dump bags do not vacuum the round.

if a coin has fees but nobody meets the holder rules yet, the keeper leaves those fees unclaimed until someone does. once eligible holders appear, the next round can claim and drop.

the main coin

$SLUDGE is the exchange coin of the pad. it is what holders of SludgePad launches receive, and what the 30% path buybacks. it can also sit in a Meteora pool against USDC as a soft peg — a second venue next to the pump.fun curve, not a freeze of that curve.

creator fees on the main $SLUDGE mint itself are not auto-claimed by the SludgePad keeper. those stay for the team to claim and use manually. pad launches and the main mint are separate fee paths on purpose.

meteora peg

pump.fun is a bonding curve — price can run. the peg is optional inventory nearby: a Meteora DLMM pool of $SLUDGE / USDC with liquidity concentrated in a band around a target price. it is a soft peg, not a hard guarantee.

when price drifts away from the target, trades hit that band. when the target itself moves, a peg keeper can lift the position and set it down again centered on the new price. the pool does not override the pump.fun curve; it only works while it is funded and the band is placed.

piecerole
targetthe price the band is built around — fixed, or read from a feed when one is configured.
bin widthhow fine the price grid is — smaller bins mean a tighter ladder around the target.
rangehow many bins sit on each side of the active price; that is the depth of the soft peg.
rebalanceif price drifts too many bins off center, the peg keeper recenters liquidity so the band stays useful.

no peg is required for launches or drops. the fee loop runs the same whether or not a Meteora pool exists.

launching a coin

from the launch page you create a pump.fun coin and lock fees in two signatures. until the lock confirms, the site does not list the coin as a SludgePad launch.

stepyou do
01add an image, name, and ticker. optional description (dropdown), x link, and website. no separate metadata url or image url fields — the site hosts what you upload.
02optionally set a first buy in SOL — typed in, no presets or payout / drop controls.
03connect and sign twice: create the coin on pump.fun, then lock 100% of creator fees to the desk.
04wait for confirmation. once the fee split is locked, the coin appears on the pad and enters the keeper loop.

metadata has to be reachable on a public https url for pump.fun to load it — a local-only site will not work for a real launch. after lock, creator fees cannot be reassigned.

the desk

one wallet is the SludgePad desk. it is the shareholder written into every launch's fee config. it receives claims, pays for $SLUDGE buys, and sends drops. it keeps a small SOL float so rent and fees do not stall mid-round.

your profile page shows the coins you created on SludgePad, your SOL balance, and any $SLUDGE sitting in that wallet. the site footer shows the live $SLUDGE contract when it is set, plus the project x link.

nothing here is financial advice. coins can go to zero. drops depend on the keeper staying online and the desk staying funded with enough SOL to claim, buy, and transfer.
